Yes.  Redax 5.0 will remove form fields and the information stored within form fields.  From the Redax Menu > Remove All Form Fields

Version 4.6 will give you a warning message that the document has live form fields and cannot be redacted.

Older versions of Redax will not remove form fields or their associated information.
